Our progressive activist daughter began contributing her time in person to this cause when cards were being sent from Reid's garage. I am so happy to have had the opportunity to be involved in this program since it started as Postcards to Wisconsin in 2019. It has been amazing how many of the people who came to my house in California to write the first cards for the 2020 Wisconsin primary then continued in later years and passed on the habit to friends of theirs. I also enjoyed spending a few hours packaging cards in the headquarters when I was visiting our daughter in the vicinity of the Postcards headquarters. If I lived near a swing state or swing district I would like to try door knocking, which might be the most effective method of getting out the vote. But if everybody who cares does what they can, we should win! Thanks to everyone involved for this effort to preserve our freedom.

Hi All -Sent today 300 postcards for California from Arizona. 😀

Writing from May into September each day was easily about to write 600 postcards. Just 5 or 6 a day.

I missed the live event. I did a total of 800 postcards. 300 to California went out on the 15th and 500 to Texas were mailed today. Look foreward to doing more postcards in future elections.

How other state’s citizens interfere with another states election 😂

"... homes on a list where we know most voters are Democrats ..." Well, that counts me out. I live in a super red town. There's no "most are Democrats" here. And I'm in Texas, where we don't register with our party, so there's no way to know who the few Democrats are. We don't generally go advertising that we're Democrats here either. So I think it's safe to say that door knocking isn't a good fit for my location.

Iowa is not a swing state, so why did I get Iowa postcards to write and mail?

When to mail to New York?

800 postcards---500 to Ohio (here's hoping Ohio turns blue!) and 300 to Michigan. My only wish is that the multiple mailings have a specific message, to prevent duplicates. SO happy to be part of this project!!!

Why is New Mexico not on your list? I wrote 200 cards to mostly Albuquerque. My mail date is today, October 15.

More than halfway through my 200 postcards to Florida for mailing on 10/24. And then starting my 100 postcards for mailing on 10/28 to Ohio. Grateful for the opportunity to do my part.

I don't know how much time it took to make this video but it is well worth the effort. There is a lot of fear out and this helps deal with it. In the future, I think it would help if you can have better communication with some of the podcasters out there, like ECM (Resistance Live). If you can get a few critical people on the same page it would save you a lot of work convincing people. However, I will have a major concern. My only concern is Postmaster General Louis DeJoy. I may be a little paranoid here but what if DeJoy is a bad actor. We can't say that his not doing anything to gum up the November 2022 postcards to swing states means he won't in 2024. It is possible, he might figure he can only get away with something like this once and 2024 was more important than 2022. If DeJoy does decide to gum things up, could he do so throughout the postal service? Could he figure out some way to delay the mail be a few days in late October and early November without anyone being able to do something about it? I have written 600 postcards and will finish 75 tomorrow. My sister wrote 200. Some were sent a little early but half have not been sent yet. I will likely pick up some more on Wednesday at a local meeting of Democrats and fill those out as soon as I can. I can write 12 a day with no problem. Best hopes for all your efforts.
