There’s an easier way to get more juice from your lemon and you don’t have to roll them with your hands.. you looked tortured when you did that lmao.. just microwave your lemons for 30-60 secs, let them cool down and squeeze.

I’ve used this recipe for 2 years in a row for our extended family thanksgiving - this year will be our 3rd. This is the BEST recipe by far & I have rec’d great compliments by the most hard to impress! I add cheddar cheese - not too much, just a touch. THANK YOU AMY!!!

for a more hands-off version, i preheat oven to 450 with cast iron skillet in it. when it gets up to temp, add oil or butter, place thighs skin side down, and turn over after 15 min. cook for additional 15 or so. done. no grease all over the stovetop and floor.
