Deserves every award he receives. His work a bit under-rated in other parts of the world beyond Europe. However, so good to see him display some of his skills in the American- produced movie "Bridge of Spies" with Tom Hanks some years ago, finally giving him some greater exposure. Kann mir gut vorstellen, dass man von Hannelore Hoger viel lernen kann. Habe sie mal mit Tucholsky-Texten auf der Bühne erlebt und habe begeistert gestaunt. Sie überrascht immer wieder mit unerwarteter Betonung, die aber stets eine völlig nachvollziehbare Variante darstellt. Toll und spannend.

Die von ihm erwähnte Serie habe ich inzwischen gesehen und bin begeistert: ungewöhnlich, faszinierend und mit sagenhafter Besetzung.

I loved how Caroline had linear time fade when she linked Cosey's work with Delia's. Delia floats through curtains as if she were floating through the fabric of the Universe, as a Sine Wave floating in the Aether waiting to be discovered. She is the frequency of sound that carried over into the present. It's as if she were like the fabric of the Universe riding a frequency forever. I love that Caroline made it a woman's point of view of this woman's work, using another woman musician who is also an innovator (Cosey, of course). Caroline playing Delia was genius as was casting her daughter as the younger Delia. Even her hubby plays parts as an interviewer. This really is a LOVE project. The fashion and props used were also fluid in that they never really went out of style; just like Delia's music. We still listen to Delia today. I loved Delia's natural soundscapes she recorded and then produce melodic music. And...She did it all by splicing TAPE. I know how hard that is. I grew up with analog and tape machines. Delia was also a genius, a mathematical genius, I believe. She applied this genius to her work and she was very accurate with her tape splicing. Delia seemed like an introvert who had to fight for every bit of her creations in a man's world. Caroline did a great job at showing Delia's difficulties in navigating around the obstacles of the man's world of rejecting everything female, but still succeeding through sheer endurance and genius. Even with those male obstacles, she created pure genius despite them. Imagine what she could have created if she had the support of the male workforce! I hope Caroline does more woman artists, particularly musicians. Maybe the next project is of Cosey herself? Yeah, she will probably not want to do it, but I bet Caroline could convince her and do a lovely music and art piece in her documentary of Cosey.

I can't find online if Caroline won any award for this film or a list of winners, etc. Where can I find out or can they be listed, if already given or when they are given?
