Although I love Madrid, I liked his personality in the middle of the field. He controls the style of play of both teams, not just Barcelona.
Decision making, technical ability, vision, weight of pass, balance, ability to find space, goalscorer, shooting from distance and composure. He's not going to be a great player, I believe he already is. I expect him to be in the first team for Arsenal next season, maybe not a starter yet, but he's not far off I can tell you that now.
