I had one back in the day, bought it from a Lafayette Store. I LOVED IT AND WISH I HAD IT BACK. It sounded good, did everything I wanted it to do, worked great, and was a really pretty unit. I miss it to this day.

I own 2 of them. One with the wood case. Great sounding receivers that resist becoming obsolete in this digital age. I could stare at it for hours. You can't do that with an mp3 player lol

I have the Technics SL B5 automatic record changer. I bought it used back in 1991 and paid $30 for it and it's still going good today.

does this still sound good ? not expecting to outperform todays stuff for crystalline details but maybe something with more characteristic n flavor? might trade my cayin ha-1a mkii which is a quality tube headphone amp, doesnt out resolve my solid state but those tones make it good

Doesn’t the tuner dial have a blue tint to it? Normal bulbs are just white and the blue tinted tuner face makes it look blue. How do you get it green?
