This is the first time I saw the coffin being ignited upon being pushed into the cremation furnace. Many times when I am there to witness my relatives' cremation, the crematorium staff will go inside through a door and press a button to preheat the cremation furnace at a specified temperature before the coffin can be loaded inside for the cremation process.

The staff of Ang Chin Moh Casket has really provided good service to the family, friends and relatives of the deceased. We employ them for prayers and their service for my late maternal uncle in late 1993 and my late maternal grandmother in mid 2001. My maternal uncle is cremated at Tse Toh Aum Crematorium while my late maternal grandmother is cremated at Mount Vernon Crematorium( now all cremations have been moved to the new Mandai Crematorium).
