Ya that’s what I am saying too. You know I went to Nekhor in Sikkim as well and I heard same happened there too but I heard Sikkimese went to court and said the same thing like you said that Guru Nanak never visited in Sikkim and settled stop them from taking the holy Buddhist place .
Yes, I heard so, but it’s okay, the Sikh are taking good care of it, can’t hate 🙏🏼 but they are mistaken haha. Back in the days they kept a caretaker from snyemo village there who didn’t stay and kept running away and there was also a small lhakhang kept for him which is now no longer there. It is sad for Sikh people who don’t know the story.

Hi Do you know about Yogi Nakthang Ngakpa? When I visited an old gompa in Darjeeling place called Chitrey it said that gompa was built by yogi Nakthang who was born in Ladakh and he was also very popular in Burma and was called a magic lama there.
The written history is so wrong, Basgo Khar was built by Drakspa bum lde, who unified the ngari skorsum by defeating drakspa bum, his younger brother who ruled from Shel (Shey). It is 12-13 century castle which was later (17th century) destroyed by first Tibetans and Later by Dogra forces.
