Hi we are looking to buy a house in Winchester,Staunton or Richmond area next year,May.We are family of 3 with a 8 year old kid.Does Fair Housing Act include your ability to find us a house based on public school quality and crime rates? This are my main requirements and probably of many who plan to come live there.I do not want to live in nearby areas next to gangs and projects.Will i find a realtor who will find me a place with that in mind?

I was so disappointed when during your segment on education, you failed to mention Virginia Union University, an HBCU, and an institution with an illustrious history not only as an academic institution, but also home to some of the most profound historical buildings in the city, including the Belgian Building. Unfortunate
