I thought about a solution: So what if after a big ass powercreep they let u give out the 80 jades/3 star before 15 cycle and if u clear it under 10 than u get minor rewards this way u could clear mocX with 1.x chars

Lets be honest, the real reason people are talking about power creep is because most of them grabbed their best team, they hit auto and it didn't clear fast enough for them. The newer MoC's have not been that hard, they have just had specific mechanics that you have to abuse in order to clear fast and running your usual team on auto doesn't automatically fulfill those conditions. People don't engage with mechanics. We had a DoT based one and because barely anyone has put anything into DoT characters they weren't able to abuse it well, then they did a break/follow up one and what do you know, people said it was easy in comparison. Finally now we have one that AoE characters abuse because killing the trotters or the bugs does damage to the boss on top of the character already hitting the boss however once again we have a spot that less people have put time into building because they've been getting by with their break and followup teams. I've been running a Himeko break team in MoC but I'm manually playing which I feel is completely fair for what is suppose to be one of the only end game contents. People need to be building more characters or they need to be comfortable with not beating everything on auto.

well the thing is that MoC hands out jades, and, for a F2P player, it's not something that can be easily skipped. I mean, if someone didn't pull for a few characters because they didn't like them and then can't clear MoC anymore, then they get less jades so even less pulls to save for a character they actually like. I do think MoC should be hard to clear, like it should be almost impossible to zero cycle without paying, but F2P players should be able to clear content with what they have.. I'm not F2P (not a whale though) and honestly it was a hassle, although I did clear in seven cycles. The trotter mechanic is bad, honestly, it's not enough damage for it to be as relevant as previous MoC buffs. Hope it gets better next update

I'mma be real, you don't NEED to clear endgame ALL the time, powercreep sucks but I still can use my 1.x characters and clear with full stars. There will be a time I won't be able to fully clear and that's fine. I'd rather pull for the characters I really like than pull a character I don't like just to clear MoC that caters to the newer units. I'm still F2P and nothing will stop me from pulling E6S5 Mydei. Because he's the first character I genuinely want to use long term.
