How much for the HOA and probably taxes?
HOA is $477 covers lawn care, cable, internet, club talavera amenities property taxes are about 2%
@@hicharlize5744 but if you homestead the house is cheaper right? Like if that's your primary residence the property taxes should be cheaper.

I bought that for my husband. It smells like his old spice classic clean deodorant when it dries down, he stole my sample from the discovery set. 😂 Jake’s house (which I find truly gender neutral) and dark is night (very feminine) are my favorites. Queens & monsters smells nice in the bottle but I didn’t like it on my skin.
@@DeniseEightyEight I got it and I kind of think it smells like Clinque Happy in a way. But without the flowers. It smells better outdoors when it mixes in with the fresh air and sunshine. My fave is Torn.
