I was gonna be silly and use Valvoline atf+4 in my freshly built 4l60e. I'm not sure it would cause issues as everything I read said atf+4 is a superior fluid to dexron 3 and should have that one way compatibility into dex3 systems. but silly because i can never find the stuff at the store. Maybe it's all the jeep owners haha. decided to just buy this instead, mostly because it's cheap and full synthetic as well. It's running so well I'm gonna use this in my lincoln instead of the ford mercon V

As long as it is licensed by the FCA, it's just fine and this stuff is. I have to chuckle a little bit whenever I hear people say to only use Mopar or other OEM brands. Mopar doesn't make ATF at all and you could be getting any one or blends of 30 brands. Maybe they spill a little Lucas in it before they kick it out the door...

I have been running that exact supertech in my 2016 Tacoma for the last 25k miles. I will use it again for my next change. I have no doubt the valvoline is great stuff, but supertech has been perfect so far.

I love how all of the “no way I’d go 10K” people have nothing to back up their opinions with anything more than “I don’t think it’s a good idea.” You know, unlike actual lab results showing the condition of the oil is just fine. The bigger problem with extended oil change intervals is that most people haven’t got a clue where their dipstick is to be able to make sure there’s actually oil in the engine.

+ the valvoline has limited slip additive allready in it.

Keep this in mind guys if this bottle does not support the type of transmission you have don't take the risk using this stuff anyway because that company will not support your transmission if it fails because you use their transmission that does not specify your vehicle's transmission requirements

The Valvoline Maxlife ATF is good and I use it in my Lexus ES and GX. One thing a Toyota tech will say is to never use it because the guide says to use only "WS". I think the techs are more afraid of losing their Toyota certification than anything else, that's why they say that. Valvoline works fine in Lexus/Toyotas.

Same size fits the p2000. Breaks in quick and is super comfortable. I wish it was lined inside to protect the gun finish, but it's still my new favorite. The retension is great, once set properly it pulls right out, when pulled at the proper angle, but otherwise i can jump and roll around and it has earned my trust to do so confidently. I believe it's a 15 degree cant, I wouldn't mind a few more degrees and I will try to shim out the muzzle end to push the grip in tighter towards my body for better concealment on my skinny ass. Overall, it is not only my favorite holster, but also the cheapest I own.

2024, now it's even better because it can be used in cvt transmissions also. Castrol also makes a cvt/atf fluid. Both available at Wal-Mart for $25 gallon. Been using the castrol cvt/atf in my cvt Honda crv for 2 years now, no problems.

Did a simple drain and fill on my 2012 tacoma, at 61000 miles, seems to shift smoother.

The scope works better if you take the cover off.
