We are documenting our adventure on the Mist Trail in Yosemite. What an epic year to experience all Yosemite has to offer. Our hike to this trail round trip was around 5 miles and took us around 6 hrs. We spent 1-2 hours at least on top of the falls having lunch and drying out a little. We loved the challenge and the whole water logged experience. Sorry for the technical issues of water in the ...

Is the tankless water heater performing well? Acceptable delay from cold to hot flow out of the tap? And is the desired top temperature limit adjustable on the unit or controller?
Thank you learned lot
Looking forward to seeing videos of your first big trip in the new rig! Congrats! We live in the southeast, so I'm excited to see your adventures in the PNW.
Not much time to camp after the extensive setup. Hope they have at least a week.
We have the same camper. I like what you did with the hanging closet. One tip that works for us in the bathroom is buy a large microfiber towel. After we both shower I wipe the whole bathroom down and including the floor with it. You can wring it out if needed but when I’m done there isn’t a need for the raised step. I throw it over our dog fence and it’s ready for the next day.
That's a fantastic idea!! I'm going to do this! Thanks!!!!
My question is why do you want the propane tanks inside of a toolbox or truck box ? Cutting that big a section out of the back of the box took a lot of strength out of that box at least I would think so.
Thanks for sharing your packing ideas! May I ask where you purchased your over-the-door storage container for trash bags?
Curious about the child safety locks. We live in Texas aka Hell and it gets SO hot here that anything with glue eventually gets gooey and falls off. Do you think these would survive down here? Props to the entire video, you got my husband's attention. He is also great at Tetrus and appreciated y'alls organization skills. We are marking down most of your additions and will implement as soon as we can. Thank you for saving us time. We pick up our LGM next weekend!!!! Can't wait!!!!
Congratulations!!! These locks are screwed in so they should hold up perfectly for you.
Sorry but No Hut with exit ventilation over the Stove? Come on! Not for me!
I have a Sol Dawn. I stand on my hitch every time to loosen it up. I’m glad it happens to others lol
@@sharonrose4145 you are not alone.😂
What is the device you have under the bed mattress
I have a Sol and it has the same wet bath. It is the cleanest bathroom I have. I wish the my other bathrooms were as easy to clean. Great product all around. I get north of 10 mpg towing mine.
Great video - I Learned a few new tips! I love how you are so organized
So nice! Was there an option to buy 2 x 200AH batteries instead of the 2 x 100s?
Good video. Thank you. May I ask, what size Ram are you driving to pull your Magnolia?
Repost: Turner posted an update with this: Actually, I guess we need to post an update to this. That fix only lasted a year and then the screws pulled out of the aluminum frame in the front wall. So, round 2 of the fix was to get 3 1/2 inch deck screws and go through the bottom trim edge that holds the diamond plating. There are already screws in there covered by a plastic trim strip that easily comes off. I just replaced those 3/4 in screws with big ones that went through the front panel, through the aluminum frame, and into the wood floor. Had to be careful the screws didn't come through the floor into the dining area. But this has been a much more solid fix and in place for over a year now. Had to do the same on the rear edge too.
I love these!! Saw one in person!!
I enjoyed this videeo. Well done content. Im going to eye ball a twin bed version of this next week i think, as well as look at the Sol Dusk. I like the the larger.rig, ut Im driving a 1/2 ton truck and not sure i want to mess with a wd hitch any more.
@ADONAIsays-so Thanks! The Dusk is a great choice as well. Good luck !!!
I love your new camper! Thanks for showing us how you packed it. Your old video of a trip prep with your frozen prepped food in the freezer all nicely stacked was an inspiration for me. I have always brought various leftovers and frozen things, but not to the extent that you had planned. So on our next few trips I did the same as you. Made more meals to freeze and froze them flat. We went on a 50 night trip and I had so many prepped meals! We have a Winnebago View, so we also deal with small storage areas and I love watching other RVers ideas on how to utilize the space. Thanks again and I can’t wait to see your new trip videos. 💜
We have had our Intech Terra Oasis for 1.5 years. Zero problems! Do you have a link to the Bass pro shop bags that you use for toiletries?
Can you give some insight on the gas mileage? How did it affect your gas mileage? What car are you towing it with?
I really enjoy your videos. Thanks for posting an inventory of all the food you bring; it’s very inspiring! Have a great trip!!
@@karenwilson6641 Thank you!!! ❤️
I loved your video! My wife and I have had a travel trailer before while raising our theee sons, and since they all have entered adulthood we sold our trailer. With our retirement approaching in about two years, we started the research of travel trailers again and have attended many RV shows over the past couple of years. Yesterday I took my wife to see what InTech had to offer and our final decision has been made - the exact travel trailer in your very helpful video! Thank you very much and I look forward to following your adventures as we work closer to our retirement and enjoy the RV life again. All the best to you both!
Oh my goodness! That is so exciting! Congratulations on your decision and on your upcoming retirement! These next 2 years will pass quickly.
One comment from experience…when turning on the water, have someone inside, or immediately go inside. I’ve had our kitchen tap left on (or somehow vibrated on during travel) and water was pouring all over the place because we had also swung the kitchen tap against the wall to carry stuff in the sink. Perhaps you had already checked that before you hit the water on. I know I will never make the same mistake again!! :-)
Oh no!!!!! Thanks for your insight. We will add that to the list.
How many miles do you normal drive each day?
@victoriasolis6473 This trip required us to drive 3 long days to get to Glacier, but we try to keep it around 3-5 hrs between sites we want to see. We also try to stay 2 nights at each location before moving to the next.
WOW!!! You're just like my wife when we pack up our Max!!! Everything prepared ahead of time, packed up and stacked neatly!!! Only way to go. Of course we do BBQ from scratch, but alot of stuff is predone!!!
@@oshtoolman only way to go!
Don’t miss Hurricane Ridge, the Hoh Rain Forest, Cape Flattery lighthouse, and the Tree of Life. So much to see out there!
Is that old hippie named Mick still running around in the Hoh...??
What is your TV...half ton or 3/4? What do you think the pin weight is with the weigh in. Thanks.
We have a 3/4 ton Ram 2500 with 6.7 Cummins. Didn't weigh without the trailer to calculate tongue weight. Will probably do that next time.
Travel safe. Look forward to your trip updates.
Nice tour of your new RV. Have few questions. 1. What's that thing under the mattress called and how it works? 2. How is the quality of the build of the RV. Looking for more updates. Thanks
Our mattress Froli System acts as a box springs while adding mattress ventilation. We are loving the quality so far. We just took our first big trip, and we're very pleased.
No room for weight distribution bar
PRO TIP! NEVER "check" around the ball and trailer receiver with your fingers like that, EVER! My boat trailer binds like this all the time and I have witnessed that connection suddenly pop open or closed with like a mouse trap, its super-fast and you could never react in time! Especially when you already know its binding or under a load as the risk of it suddenly letting go is always present even if you think it's unlikely! Why take and unnecessary risk and lose some fingers. Otherwise, excellent review and love that rig. We are on the verge of buying the Aucta Willow Rover version and we can take all of the advice you have for us as well. Your advice with everything else was excellent and appreciated. I do wish inTech would have added an automatic propane switch, so you don't have to switch tanks, but not a biggie. And the propane cover release buttons were indeed a pro tip! Fantastic!
I’m looking at the Magnolia and Willow. How are you negotiating the best price? I’m definitely not paying MSRP when other prices were 40 - 50% off at the fall Hershey RV Show.
Where did you get the wind screen for the griddle? Brand and model?

InTech Sol Horizon Rover here. Great video, that’s for posting. I wound recommend that the very first thing you do, before leveling, etc…check the power pedestal first. I also run the water spigot without anything connected to clear anything that might be nesting in the spigot.
Thanks for all the great ideas of how to organize a Magnolia. Great walk-thru and can't wait to see more!
I've done 37' Montana 5th wheels and Bigfoot 3000 campers and to each there own but, yeah lots of work and now rooftop pop up tent on my 4 x 4 ram diesel dually and Motels. Easy Peasy
I like my gen y hitch it's a load leveling hitch
Two questions. How does this trailer tow? I’m considering buying one and would like to know how much air resistance it has? And is there enough storage for food and clothing?
I want this trailer but concerned about insulation they use, they use bubble wrap. I can’t get an answer if other owners experience condensation on the interior walls. We live in the Midwest so camping in September can be nice during the day but temperatures could drop down in the 30’s I know it is not a four season camper but I don’t want to buy a condensation trap RV
I heard that you will need to put something under the mattress in this camper to keep it from molding.
How is the camper in cool environment? Do the walls sweat? I want to buy one but I’m concerned about using it up north when the temps can drop to mid 30s at night. The company uses bubble wrap for insulation on these trailers
I can't say yet as we Haven't camped in cooler weather. Will know in a few weeks when we head to the mountains.
Congrats. Very nice rig. We would want recliners vs U shape in front. Those just aren’t as comfortable as sofa recliner.
Oh, that sounds next level!!! 👏👏👏
I just ran across your video. I love it. You did a good job on the tour and your review. I am convinced this is the one for me. I am a solo traveler so this is the perfect size for me. Thanks❤
@ricksgypsy2512 Yay!!!! So excited for you and your future travels!
Y’all seem very happy and excited about your new rig. So many great adventures lay ahead!
We head out on a big trip in a few weeks! We are so excited!!!!
Love that you are already considering mods, LOL!! When my husband and I saw you going into the equipment storage compartments (great bags BTW, have put those on our RV wish list), we had commented that it would be cool if you had one of those slide out equipment shelves for your things. Then you went around to the other side of the RV and we saw the one for the kitchen items and thought "yep won't be long before you'll be installing those on the other side too!" We're hopefully getting closer to an RV purchase and dutifully taking notes from your past videos as well as these new ones!
Yes! Take notes and you'll find the perfect RV for you guys! 👏👏👏
Chris needs to teach owing your camper for dummies he has a way of explaining things that are interesting to viewers, and his tip & tricks are great. can't wait to see your next trip
That's so nice of you to say!! We can't wait to take you along on this next trip!
I don't have a camper yet. That was very educational and fun to watch
I have a 2022 Eclipse and had a heck of a time unhitching…finally figured out what you did. Pull the truck backwards or forward with the chains on. Works every time. After a few trips it loosens up and gets easier. Thanks for the tip on turning the jack around!
@cindycowan286 I'm glad it happened for this video because that's just real life situations.
I've had to do the same maneuver to unhitch with my Max since 2019!!!! Heard today, 8-15-24 that Xtreme is out of business.
Oh man!!! I've been hearing rumors for a while.
We have found that the Power Watch Dog to be one of our best investments. It is well worth the $. Also something I have always done since I started tent camping 40+years ago was to always check to make sure I had power at the campsite box first thing. It only took me once to set up my tent in the blazing heat of the day to find out the power did not work and they moved me to another site. So now especially since we are in our Intech Sol Horizon that takes a lot more set up than a tent, I plug in my cell phone charger to the 20 amp right away and hook up the Power Watch dog to the 30 amp and make sure we get a white light indicator that all is good.
Yes!!! In our opinion, it is a must have to protect the camper!
No matter how long I’ve been doing something, I always pick up something new. Putting the power cord underneath the camper to keep it cool - great idea. BTW, we added SnapPads a year ago in the stabilizers. Makes it much faster to set up - I remember how y’all said you move fast in your travels. We also added the OneStep wheel chocks, makes removing them a lot easier. Always enjoy your videos.
Thanks, Ed. We are adding these to our list.
