Well, the problem is that the US has 50 states with their own laws, and counties and cities within those states with their own laws, but there are also national laws, of course a national police like many countries have would be ideal, just one organization that does it all, or even two levels state and national, but there is simply too much fracturing of authority in the US to allow for it. In my opinion, totally open to being wrong it just seems that way.

Thats technically what all those different organizations are, different branches of the same tree. FBI investigates all crimes so they kinda throw a wrench in it, ATF is for guns, DEA for drugs.

The FBI comes close, they investigate just about everything and can go anywhere, but they arent like your local police in that they dont roll around and stop crimes in progress on patrol. Theres also a split between Statewide, county wide, and citywide departments because as you get more local, the needs of the community change. For example, most State Police departments run the Game Wardens of that state, big cities with zero trees even dont need that service. Same with how the County Sheriff runs county run jails, a town of 300 where the local police department shares a building with the fire department doesnt need that service. That also goes the other way though, if a town cant afford thier own police, they get the county department to help.

You need to replace the clamp buy a new clamp so that its tighten to much that attach to the hose its too cheap if you buy that pair of clamp and hose
