It appears to be so. When I checked my version, I didn’t see any way to re-edit the color to any power-ups either. Twitch suggest in submitting feedback and ideas here twitch.uservoice.com/forums/921826-bits

Power Up & Channel Points are for streamers who are monetizing with Affiliation or Partnered status via Twitch. That is a great question! At least I don't see anything posted on Twitch's Help webpage on the length or girth sizes of the Bleed Purple Statues.

Only viewers can launch engage the Power-Ups and Rewards menu by clicking on the Bits gem icon below the chat window in any Affiliate or Partner channel. However, streamers can use the 'Preview Animation' feature, which is located on your creator dashboard if you have 'My Chat' panel enabled on your dashboard. Currently, there is no way for the streamer to launch the 'On Screen Celebration' on their own Twitch Channel as viewers can. Unfortunately, Twitch currently doesn't have an option to remove the bits counter. However, Twitch has a forum that welcomes feedback, where there current top 'voted' idea is, "Add a feature to turn off the power-up feature", check it out: twitch.uservoice.com/forums/921826-bits?
