Being a RE agent is a dead end business. You only have self brand that diminishes after a few years given the market is saturated with resi agents.if you have no resi developers then your business at some point will platoo and then you become a consumer buying leads, buying services that cold call. Not sustainable. Its coming from a 10 yr RE vet in the NY market (not just talking out my ass)
