Censorship is bad on it's own right but there is a fundimental difference between the two. and fyi I have never said nor implied that all people from the West were American. @RakeBone Russia isn't split apart, you think of the soviet union, soviet was a union between different countries, but poland and the other countries didn't want to be a part of the union in the later years so they left, russia let them leave, but soviet couldn't exist without the union. The native Tibetans have been squeezed into small regional onclaves. They have become strangers in their own land. It is sad. The world as enamored of the myth of herioc Mao when a Free Tibet Movement could hav made a difference. After the '60s, the tide had shifted. The Tibetans can only claim a few onclaves now.

Don't be dumb, America just wants China to split apart like Russia, why you think their media is always over here.
