AUM hOMe Shala's mission is to promote diverse approaches to yoga and spread awareness of its therapeutic benefits. We aim to foster unity while training yoga teachers and therapists, encouraging people of all ages and abilities to embrace yoga for individual health and societal well-being. Our nonprofit organization expands programming and initiatives through partnerships with universities, schools, and healthcare facilities, using yoga, yoga therapy, and meditation to shift paradigms. We also support individuals healing from mental health conditions and addictions through specialized training in Yoga Therapy for Mental Health.
