How does that resonate with you?
I didn't realize how I put myself in my own box. Traveling outside my hometown Houston, Texas gave me a HUGE realization that "I got to get out more!"
When I step out, the world outside from home made me feel HUGE. Hug-er than I ever felt....
I had the opportunity to travel to Atlanta and share a peace of myself through music. My close friend who is also a Life Design Coach "Destiny Holmes" ignited this shift for me. Her mission is to help people reclaim their self worth and live out their life how they imagine it. She made it seem SOO EASY to leave my home "Houston", and travel to Atlanta and perform....=0
We raised funds and before you know it. We were on a 11 hour road trip to Atlanta! She is the most RESOURCEFUL Woman I know. She set up the opportunities and I sang. I moved people with my voice and I myself was moved by the acceptance they gave me.
When I got back to Houston, I knew I had to make a CHANGE! I had to remove myself from my own Box. Live outside the Box and un-shamfully be more than I can potentially be. It's just something about traveling outside of home that has the power to make us feel EXPANSIVE! & it's really Inspiring. As a singer & Creator I have many friends who are doing life, and also living out their passions as artist and creatives. To have a community like that is soul important for my own creative atmosphere!
