This Jeep Grand Wagoneer was purchased not drivable, with its AMC 360 engine largely taken apart by the previous owner. In the last video we got a new timing chain cover put on, then a new harmonic balancer after machining it. In this video everything else gets put back on!
Never Know What Adventures These Might Lead To!

A quick history of the Jeep Wagoneer and mine. Also, Georgette Jones and Lauren Stewart are amazing!
YAY! You are rolling!
Some of this is in a language I don't speak, but I love to see people's passion and expertise.
It's always interesting to learn something new, especially if it's beautifully filmed. It’s nice to listen to a specialist with extensive experience, his explanation of the work, a short story about himself and some tips. He is really a very nice person. Thanks to both of you!
Nice!
yeah
I love it
Thank you!!
I have heard that Lee Iacocca story as well
Do you know what's wrong with your donor? As far as your crankshaft pulley, you probably just need a crank puller, which you can rent or buy at your local auto parts store.
I don't know what it is, except a lot of the engine was taken apart by the previous owner. He broke its timing chain cover, then after having difficulty finding one he gave up on it. The starter cranks and the crankshaft rotates fine, so I think the difficulties might lie in the fuel area, maybe involving the carburetor or something else along the way. Thanks for the heads up about renting a puller. I did try that, but the parts stores in my area didn't have one big enough for the pulley. Oh well, I got a nice tool along the way.
Okay, I just saw your post on Facebook, and decided to subscribe and support you. 😁
Nice, thanks!
