I can't even put my pocketbooks in that bedroom closet. I would need the attic for my wardrobe or possibly a guess room & storage area. The basement looks like a maze 😮

No space in the basement it’s made awkward. Need half bath on 1st level. No dining room. This is a small house and a lot of room in the backyard. I would definitely expand structure on the land

Glad you didn't open the fridge. The house has potential but in the hands of a flipper, it is going to be a quick and dirty makeover. If this was mine, I would ditch the ground floor bedroom to make more living space for the family that will undoubtedly live there. The basement is a whole other story and extensive renovation probably would not support the "comps" for the area.

If you would clean out all of the garbage left behind and place it in a huge dumpster. Then rip out all the old carpeting and flooring. Paint the walls and put in new carpeting. The place could be real nice. Many rooms to make your life anything you would want it to be in your home. Two car garage. Buy 2 new garage doors. Cellar for a workout room, tool room, laundry, and work area. Yard looks like it could have a garden. Plenty of storage. A lot of possibilities here.

They make a socket wrench attachment for sinks, sold in the plumbing aisle of home depot or lowes. Has the 3-4 popular wrench sizes for sinks and supply lines as well as slots for the plastic nuts, and you can use it on a small socket wrench with an extender to fit up there. Whether or not it has the sizes needed for your particular faucet, I do not know. If I was doing this job for you, I would attempt that first and if a no-go I'd take the drain, supply lines, and popup linkage apart underneath, pull the sink from the base, replace the faucet, then reinstall the sink.
