Dink, Broc... dink.
Broc, there's an open spot on the women's checkers team.
A beautiful man
As a Cal rower during Steve’s first varsity-level role, I have watched the sport grow dramatically. He has truly lifted ALL boats! Thank you, Steve!
I've experienced so many coaches over my life both good and bad, but only one was a legend. Steve Gladstone so reminds me of him.
will forever be a cal legend first and a brown legend second. too bad he couldn’t quite find it here. 6 & 5 > 3
Lol
Legend
♥w♥o♥w♥!! This channel needs 'Promo SM'!
Fortunately, Yale WON the Ivy League football championship outright! The Ivy League should have a FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP game because all the OTHER leagues in the FCS HAVE championship title games!
I had the privilege of having Steve as a coach, a teacher and a friend. A true visionary who has advanced not only rowing skills in thousands of athletes but has also made them all better human beings. Thanks for so many years, Steve!!!

Bow wow wow Go Bulldogs!!!!
One of the absolute top Men’s & Women’s Swimming Coaches in the USA, Yale University’s Jim Henry powerfully explains in this interview what differentiates the Yale student/athlete experience in the classroom, in the pool and when it’s all done, what comes next. Great interview Evan.
I think you'll be valued in Utah. Keep going.
Would have been the game of the year if not for the comeback against Harvard
The Yale Bulldogs have a rich and illustrious tradition in football. Yale's 18 national championships are the most in football, and as of 2020, only Michigan, Ohio State, Texas, and Alabama have more all time victories. The 1960 team was Yale’s last undefeated team and they shared the Lambert Trophy with Navy, given to the best team in the East. They finished the season ranked 14th in the final AP poll. The team averaged 28.1 points/game (ranked 3rd in the country). Their defense, led by future Chicago Bears’ Pro Bowl center, Mike Pyle, held opponents to just 8.1 points/game (ranked 16th in the country). An All-American and All-Ivy League halfback, Ken Wolfe gained 373 rushing yards and 485 receiving yards, totaling 858 yards from scrimmage in his career. He also totaled 322 kickoff return yards and scored 66 career points. Ken also played lacrosse at Yale, and earned team MVP his senior year. On the gridiron at Lebanon HS (PA), Ken received all-state recognition and in 1957 was selected for the first Pennsylvania Big 33 All-Star Team. Ken and Herb Adderley (NFL Hall of Fame DB) were the only two halfbacks to earn the honor. He was also selected for the National High School All-America Football Team in that same year. Ken received many athletic scholarships to play football. These offers included Lehigh, Pittsburgh, Michigan, Penn State, Minnesota, UPenn and Cornell. College coaches frequently visited his home in Lebanon, including Penn State’s (then) assistant coach, Joe Paterno. In addition to football, Ken excelled at baseball and track. In 1976, Ken was inducted into the Central Chapter of the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame. In 2001, he was inducted into the Lebanon High School Hall of Fame, joining NBA basketball player, Sam Bowie. In 2014, Ken was selected to the 100th Anniversary All-Yale Bowl Team (1958-77 Era), joining other Bulldog and NFL standouts, like Calvin Hill ‘69 and Gary Fencik ‘76. Upon graduation from Yale in 1961, Ken was invited to try out for the Philadelphia Eagles and the Los Angeles Rams, but instead became a commissioned officer in the US Navy and later received an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.
