I have a question. I have been learning and watching Wode Maya, and I note the homes in Ghana seem to use block construction for homes, rather frame construction like in the USA. What is the reason? Also the windows seem very small, and interiors of homes appear dark. Thanking you in advance. I am considering a visit for three months once Covid 19 is controlled here in the States .

This episode was particularly good.... @6:47 and beyond. Two blue lines thought to be road was actually water, hahahah. Also the discussion with the Architect in reference to the site elevations/height and the parking area was interesting to see. A quick 3D model of the site helps in situations like these. Please keep this " A day in the life " series coming. Good stuff.
Another great episode. Interesting to hear that the builders had to build the staircase a couple of times but had to come back to you after having problems. Question: You said this property appeals to residents with families. How does the design of the open pool layout address the issue of safety with kids in terms of kids accidentally falling into the pool? Thank you.
