Never had them ever. The key is not wearing the gel for too long. 3 weeks max. No infills. Remove properly.

Yea caused from not removing all Lifting while doing a fill but not that serious proper nail prep and you can do ur nails again!!

Every girl bites her nails,but dont i got an affection because of it my real nail fell off of my skin but first it started with the skin then it affected it and i needed to go to a doctor bc of it and it rlly hurt,bcs u need to gently every day peal off an nail because it would affect it and it hurted so bad. Hope this helped to not bite nails!
