See there are Pros and Cons- Govt Job, Job Security, Stability, Overall Security of Health and Finances. These are the benefits. But, Sales and Marketing ke targets hain. Pressure kaafi hai. Transfers Punishments bhi chalte rehte hain.. these are the cons. I don’t know k aapki current job kaisi hai. Agar Situation achhi hai to leave it. Agar you are suffering there also. Then it is better to suffer in Govt Job.

@banker.pandey currently my salary is similar to entry level of a bank po and as such koi problem nahi hai yaha pe, but the main reason for my preparation of bank po is job security and other perks like lease accommodation.

De to skte hain .. but the problem is that sometimes even member of panel may not know the local language bcz SBI and IBPS mein all india se log honge. For safe side. Try to work on English or Hindi.. itna k jisse kaam chal jaye. You can mix English with Hindi jisse k ek fluency aa jaye. If you don’t know a word in Hindi usko english mein bol do
