I actually had to look it up because I wasn’t sure either. On Valentine’s Day in 1990 the Bulls were playing in Orlando. Someone stole Jordan’s jersey the day of the game, and since they were traveling, they didn’t have an extra jersey with his name on it. So they had him wear an extra jersey they brought along. It just happened to be #12 and it didn’t even have his last name on it.
