Hi, Thank you for visiting my youtube channel. I have been running since 2014 when I realized I needed to lose some kilos as I was getting overweight.
At first, it was very very difficult to start running, I used to just run for 10 min and stop.
I pushed myself and added 2-3 minute additional on every alternative run. My first marathon was just 10KM on the SIA charity run in 2014.
I manage to lose 15KG in about 6 months.
While running I added weight training as well, Squats, push-ups, bench press, burpees, lunges and core workout used to be the usual exercise.
When I saw improvement in my overall physique exercise became a habit and must.
Besides workout, I took a very careful approach to my food intake. Cutting down sugar was the first step. Less carbohydrate more protein and whole-food were some of the changes I made to my diet.
I take good care of my health as this is the most important thing in my life.
I hope my fitness journey inspires everyone.

Beginning
The Character was at a tough point in his life, weighing 79kg and struggling to run even for a few minutes. The thought of running a marathon seemed impossible. But he decided to try anyway. He faced many setbacks and felt like giving up, but he reminded himself of his dream to run a marathon too. He attempts to go for a run however he is not able to achieve the result. He started following a 16-week training plan, taking it one step at a time.
Middle
Over time, he began to change and lose weight, gained stamina, and felt more confident. Each run was a small victory. He pushed through the hard days, believing that determination leads to success. Gradually, he could run longer distances, and his dream started to feel possible.
End
Finally, the marathon day came. The journey had been long and hard, filled with moments of doubt and triumph. Crossing the finish line was a moment of pure joy. He managed to complete the marathon. During this process, he managed to lose some weight. From 2016 to 2024, he has run many marathons. What once seemed impossible is now part of his life. He learned that the only limits are the ones we set for ourselves. Believe in yourself, and you can achieve anything.
I found myself at a crossroads. Weighing 79kg, running even a few minutes felt like a big challenge. The idea of completing a marathon seemed beyond reach. But I made a choice. A choice to transform "impossible" into "I'm possible." This is my journey, a testament to the power of perseverance and the human spirit.

Nice video man. I remember this race. Definitely my worst after-race feeling. 10k in i felt okay, and definitely my best 10K time for my half marathon race, but dang, the humidity suddenly destroyed me, dripping wet from head to toe.😅😅

Hey Michael, yes agree it’s monotonous to be lonely. I run with Safra toa payoh weekly basis. We run on big groups and its well organised training specifically targeted to such races. Join is if you want.

I don’t recommend for ultras due lack of underfoot support and narrow cut.
The music is totally unnecessary, distracting and makes it hard to hear what you're saying- why on Earth did you put it on?

Hi Manisha ji. Connection to laptop or the mobile? Hard reset garnus, problem solve huna sakchha.
Few other possible reasons 1. If mobile, need both Bluetooth and wifi need to be on and connected. 2. Firmware on device need to be to latest, app version also need to be updated.

Can any selfie stick work if it is the same design as the one you have?
Better to get authentic product. Also it required stick with quarter 4 screws hence need specific type of stick.

beside gunung lambak, u can go to nearest gunung pulai(kangkar pulai), tougher than gunung lambak,no harm to try
