Another important truth to know is that happiness is like the story of the woman at the well in John 4. The story of the woman at the well starts of where CHRIST waits for a certain woman at a well a Couple miles from the nerest city named Samaria to show her that He is the Messiah who was prophesied in the old testament so she whould tell all of Samaria that the Messiah has come. Before JESUS got to the well He sent His disciples to by some food since JESUS and His disciples always went from town to town all over Israel. So after JESUS had sent His apostles off to go buy food. After He had sent His disciples off there came the woman to get water from the well who JESUS was waiting for. When the woman was getting water JESUS told her that whoever drinks regular water would thirst again; but whoever drinks of the water that He would give them would become in them a river of True Living water Bubbling into ETERNAL LIFE. So likewise, this is symbolic; the water represents happiness, the well represents the world, and JESUS represents Himself. If we attempt to find our happiness in the world than we will keep coming back to the world because the world's happiness is temporary. However, If we get our happiness from the LORD JESUS CHRIST then we will never need to come back to Him because HE HIMSELF is our Happiness that NEVER LEAVES US! And JESUS'S Happiness that is HIMSELF becomes one with us entering us into HIS ETERNAL LIFE!!!‭John 1:10-13 NKJV‬ [10] He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him.
