Surujin Kihon

In the Ryu Kyu Kobujutsu system of Inoue Motokatsu every weapon has a kihon. The surujin kihon is a combination of postures, defences and attacks. The surujin consist of a chain with a weighted end and a short stick of point. I use a wooden version with a rope and a soft ball, wich I have for partner exersises. This video is free to use. In the Ryu Kyu Kobujutsu system of Inoue Motokatsu every weapon has a kihon. The tinbe kihon is a combination of defences and attacks. The weapon tinbe constist of the tinbe (shield) and the rochin (small spear). This kihon is performed slowly. This video is free to use. I'm always open to comment.
