Elf feet 😂 omg I had those as a kid! Too funny. And that exercise will definitely help your seat and leg strength. Try criss crossing your stirrups over the withers so they don't bounce so much if your horse has am animated stride over the ground poles. Just a tip I used for flat work like this. Or my trainer would just take them off my saddle before I got there for my lesson 🤣

This is the first video I've seen from you but can I just say how refreshing it was to see a fellow teenage rider being so uplifting and transparent. I really appreciated you sharing even the "ugly" parts of riding because it's all a part of the process. It reminded me to not be so hard on myself ❤

Even if your lesson or ride wasn’t your best, you still have to take the time to look at the positives!! Look back at the highlights of your ride, the things you DID do well and you DID accomplish! Some days just won’t be as good as others and that’s okay 🫶💞
