I added the FN FNX Tactical FDE to my standard black FNX. I mixed and matched the slide and frames so I have two 2 tone .45 pistols. Love them. I think they are under the radar because they are for more discriminating buyers.

Personally I wouldn't let the whole world know about your gun collection it's a good way to get robbed!

Totally know what you mean about not being able to pop them off. Im trying to mess with mine right now. I get a decent seal with them in the popped out position but once i shoulder a rifle it moves it the ear pro, dirupting the half assed seal. Great video though. Not many that will talk about the pop out function sucking.

The bottom door pistols look too snug. How is removal? Quick or snug but ok if you’re not in a rush? Also do they have modular shelving available?

Cant say why they aren't as prevalent but it could be due to the size. Carrying the FNX 45 would be difficult at best.

Fn 509 is an awesome pistol. But I certainly had a few issues. Kinda overpriced, could do away with adding all optic plates in the box to bring price down a bit and we buy it separate as we need it. over the 4 years I've had it, 3 of 6 magazines I bought went bad. Won't stay seated in the gun when I fired or racked the slide. The mag release is an after market upgrade and wasn't pressing it during those incidents. Upgrading the trigger is a pain and the 509 trigger could use the upgrade. Other than that shoots really good and aftermarket parts has decent selection. Fnx is awesome I think it's a great duty carry pistol with upgrades to tame the recoil a little better but upgrades aren't nessary in my opinion.

FN's marketing department is not great. They put a lot of focus on the 509 series which is essentially a just Glock clone. They also don't make their brand seem as "cool" as HK. A lot of lame advertisements catering toward concealed carry and range use I've seen on IG and the whole Gnome thing ugh.. HK's marketing emphasizes military and tactical operators in scuba gear. FN dropped the ball on their striker guns if you read up on the dark history of the FNS series. FN should have stuck with their strengths, the Five-seveN and FNX. We could have an optic-ready FNX-9 Tactical compact by now, but instead we have 100 models of 509 striker slop. The Reflex is a step in the right direction with the internal hammer like the Five-seveN, but I've heard it has issues. Also, FN's logo and name is very weird compared to something as easily recognizable as Sig Sauer, HK, and Glock. If you say "FN" to someone, it's like...um excuse me? Another point is that FN's most recognizable guns are the Hi-Power, which became outdated rather quickly, and the Five-seveN/P90, which is out of reach or too bizarre for 90% of folks. Sig, HK, and Glock have had their 9mm/.40 pistols out there for ages, available to most and with a presence in almost every action movie since the 70's. The FNX is a fairly new invention and doesn't have the legacy behind it like those other three brands' major handguns. FN isn't perfect, but when you're shooting one, it feels like it is.

Can someone help me resolve my issue? I have a HHV Gen 2 + their pop in adapter and Walker Razors. I upgraded the pads which are supposed to have a better seal over ears in addition to added comfort. My problem is that they do not seal completely over my ears and do not provide ample hearing protection, especially at the lower ends. I push them in as far as I can and have no idea how to make them fit over my ears any better. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

You need to add Rifle Rods to your safe. They are easy to install and will increase your long gun capability by 50%. Then buy more guns!

I have purchased two FN 509s abd have found their customer service to be less than desired does anyone else have a issue with them all I asked for was a magazine that was not included with my pistol and have not heard from them in a yeek

Hey few questions for you.. how did you get the stipple job done? Is three golf gun works a business you had to send it off to? If so, where? Having a hard time finding a website , or did you order that stipple job? Also, if I wanted to add a compensator on my FN509 do you know if I would also need a new barrel
