@@fudotoku8179 it doesn't, just ask yourself why soviet union lost the cold war, and the conscription law in ww2 worked just because the russiasn were used to live that harshly, a law like that wouldn't work on advanced countries like france and britain as french and english people wouldn't like to watch their rights taken away, so they'd either revolt or the government put boundaries to the conscription law.
