Good informative video man, I just got back into grip myself. I bought the 1 few years back and got to the point where I can rep it for 10. 2 weeks ago I bought the 2.5 and man that thing is tough, took me one week to close it!

Certainly not even close to a 2.5 for the 250. The 2.5s are coming in inside the 130s rgc wise today. The 250 gog are closer to 110. More like a 2. Great vid.

It's just another gripper from China, the same one is sold on aliexpress if you want to pay more for the writing of Gods of Grip it's your choice (mine faded away after few month of training, it's just a paint). You can get the original gripper here: www.aliexpress.com/item/4000042202747.html it you read the customer reviews you will see the same gripper on the photos, it was just the cheapest options like 3 GBP a piece. I bought the whole set (5 pieces) and 3 of them were with an ugly torsion spring. It doesn't affect training, though, but I was disappointed. Overall not a bad gripper for that price but it's nothing special. There are way better Chinese grippers you can get like this one: www.aliexpress.com/item/4000586256939.html or this one www.aliexpress.com/item/4000594622299.html The idea of Gods of Grips is actually interesting, but Achilles (the gold 200lbs gripper) wasn't a God he was a Greek hero, just saying. It will be good for people with smaller palm, because the distance between handles is 53-56 mm, basically a credit card set starting position. I'm sorry for my grammar, I've learned English by myself, I just hope, that my info helps.

You can use the multi tool as a Philips when using the corner of the tip but it's really a flathead.
