Very interesting historically accurate mod. Though I wonder if the BAR bipod would be removed for the player. Because iirc, some US soldiers and Marines said those were the first thing they got rid of in both Europe and the Pacific (among other accessories to make them more lighter). And if in later Pacific campaigns perhaps a vertical foregrip could be attached to the BAR since there are photos of US personnel having said mods on their weapons. And while I enjoyed playing WAW back in the day, there were some inaccuracies that were obvious. And after watching the video, these became even more visible and it was interesting to learn the mistakes the game devs made.

Mod should've replaced Garands with Springfields in this mission, Marines didn't use them at this point in the war.

The only inaccuracy here is that Miller is still a private, rather than a corporal or a PFC, despite him fighting in the pacific for three years. Lmao

Shoulder straps in the Red Army were introduced only in 1943. Before 1943, insignia were worn on collar tabs. Reznov's rank of sergeant means that he should have 2 triangles on his collar tabs, while ordinary Red Army soldiers simply have a collar tab of a protective or crimson color.

They should go for peak historical accuracy and have Reznov and the other Soviet soldiers speaking Russian. I'm sure it could be done somehow with A.I.
