Hate to spoil your party but I didn't see you remove the old adhesive from the back of the watch cover. So basically stuck the new glass to the old glue.

I just found my back glass cracked, so I'll be changing it out. Your video is excellent. One question... you set the back glass in from the bottom (outside) of the back cover. What holds it in place? Is it a snap-fit or something? What keeps it from just dropping out? Thanks.

You can get the set of screw drivers from Walmart for about $12... or even $7, if you don't need as many. It's called a "phone repair or electronic repair kit" I believe
