rn my favorite build is rusty’s build, i swear to god it’s literally the best build in the game. i started a new game again to replay the entire game and slowly build my way to rusty’s build an barely struggled on any bosses. and it’s SOOOO fun to use, i love it.

Yup, I'm aware of this. I just like alternating between assault and pulse armor. It makes it more fun when you switch it up. I like assault armor on my bunker builds especially for counters

It's underrated. It's hard to use, and that's probably why not too many players use them. But when you get it down they are super fun to use

@@jab_ber_jaw They're one of my favorite shoulder weapons appearance-wise. Like a skeletal wing on the back of the AC.

@Significanttrouble they're one of my favorites too lol. I have about 5 builds now optimizing the shield launchers.

I felt like I was the only one too, I mean I never run into anyone with double shield launchers whenever I'm online.

@mommy_baltie it's unorthodox, but it works and it's a lot of fun to use. Very quick to stagger an enemy with it.

@jab_ber_jaw Right? Up until recently I had about 10 different variations(just cleared some clutter of saves), mostly LW. A few with PS launchers too, but I'd only use 1. I love em but they need to be tweaked to be better for PvP

@sorex_gaming1388 most of my builds are medium or heavy. Very few lightweights. But I'm leaning towards lightweight with most of my new build ideas

I tested these, Moonlight or Redshift doesn't go through Pulse Shield Launcher, even the Explosive Thrower.

@@inixi8ocelotof note, the flamethrower does go through it (IIRC) so that might be a good choice of weapon i'm curipus if something like the plasma thrower does go through though

There was a shield/flamethrower build from Rubicon Dogs near launch that took advantage of how flames go through the shields. You've never been alone.

Yeah it's true 3 consecutive hits would've been more effective... but then I lose the cinematic flex lol. And yes basho arms are ideal, but we also lose firearm specialization points and look for the build, so I picked the next best thing 😉

But the thing is that it's been proven that having a very high stat in your fcs makes much more of a difference than firearm specialization, the ocellus fcs that gives the most stat for close range is enough to compensate for the wuergers since that is a short range weapon anyway. Just something to think about.

Wrong, the DPS from charge attacks far surpass most multi hit melee weapons. The recharge doesn't start until your attacks are finished and the laser dagger charges almost 3 times as slow if you do the multi attack.
