Thank you so very very much 🙏. I have hearing loss, loud Tinnitus (about 20 different "sounds") and Hyperacusis . On top of this all, severe Paranoia the last year or so. This was caused 45 years ago (!) using too much (methyl)amphetamine on a party. Now again provoked by the same kind of substances. So dubbel effect. I wonder if more people find help for Tinnitus and psychological suffering on this. Thank you!!!

Why is it on such a short loop though? Surely just the whole cafe atmosphere/background is constant and enough without you seeing the same spoon action over and over! Sounds are pleasant and calming.

The loop could be a bit longer. I cannot have it longer than some minutes because the movements repeat again and again. If it was a bit longer, 15 or 30 minutes until the Cappuccino was gone it would be perfect.

Anyways, I wanted to say that recently my mind started honing into someone saying "all the time man" in somewhat frequent succession. The words they are saying are too clear and frequent, can you cut those parts out?
