My pair just arrived last night from Goat. I got them the same price $490 + tax and shipping. After carefully checking the shoe and seeing all the reps online, I'm going to buy reps next. Heck, you can buy 3-4 Travis Scott reps for the same price I paid for the real ones. To be honest, the reps look 95% close to the real ones and you barely can't tell from afar and nobody would bat an eye. I'll keep the real ones in the box and wear them on special occasions and wear reps for most days. Like you said, if you have disposable income or want to splurge on something nice for yourself (i.e. birthday), then buying this is okay. In the long run, I'd rather stick with sub-$200 shoes, no resell, or reps.

Its not worth paying resale on travis scott's anymore, if you got lucky in retail theres that but just buy PK or KW they are 1:1 for daily use and in budget.. sneakers are meant to be worn.

You could use warm water, and it will clean, almost anything off the leather

The suede didn't bleed that time because it's gray/neutral--but you can already see how it lightened a shade. If you are cleaning a shoe with multiple color different suede panels, getting the shoe wet like that will cause the colors to bleed and ruin your shoes.
