These officials are worst. By rule they must provide boarding if fault is at their end. Most international airlines follow it. Only Air india is absurd.

Hi! We are travelling to Kuala Lumpur from India on dec 24th and returning from Langkawi to India on 31st dec. Is it still visa free since we are returning from Langkawi and not KL?

Air India's staff showed no empathy during my flight from New Delhi to Bhopal, scheduled at 5:00 AM, 20 days ago. Due to long security check queues during the Diwali rush, it took me nearly an hour to clear. Although the gate was supposed to close at 4:40 AM, I arrived at 4:41 AM while it was still open. Despite my urgent request and explanation, the manager, in my presence, instructed the staff to close the gate, stating, "You are one minute late," and denied me boarding. With 19 minutes still left before departure, the lack of compassion was appalling.

It's correct 💯. I did work for airlines they do this intentionally. I can't mention the airline name but it's harsh truth to saving there hotel accommodations expensive

Yes very frustrating, however, is it really the fault of the staff that the flt got cancelled? They're just clerical staff, it's not their fault the flt got cancelled. Anger should be directed at the management.

Sam 5 bje barat bhi jana tha.. .. usake life me kabhi bhi india ka koi bhi airline ka ticket nahi liya..2 delhi me ye sab bahut natak karte hai.agar koi naa bole to waha bhi 1 din laga dete. Yeha waha ki bat kar ke.. 3 yehi wahaj hai.. bharat ki sari airline band aur ghate me hain..

Brother this is not due to tip tip barsa pani 🌧️ its due to leakage of water bottle from someones bag. Isiliyeh seat pocket diya jata hai to keep your water bottle not in overhead compartment so that kisi passenger ka bag kharab na ho. Nothing to worry 😊

Malaysia is visa free for Indians till Dec 31, 2024. So what if my return ticket (malaysia to india) is on 1st Jan, 2025? Will i need visa in this case? Please clarify.
