I would say it depends on the lighting. Sometimes an area is actually really bright. Then I would break out the filters. But most of the time probably not!

For extremely low light I usually do low light mode. I’m a big fan of dlog mode though!

For this I wanna say this was in auto! I shot so many videos with the pocket haha I forget sometimes

For this I believe I just used the snow mist filter! And yes you can put an nd over the snow mist filter! And this was just the good old dji lut from dji themselves

@@avpfilms27 hey heyyy. I finally got my Osmo. It feels super snappy and the settings are also very accessible to me :) But I realized in low light mode, no LOG. So here you didn't use the low light mode. Just your manual settings and DLOG?! 🙂 And can you remember the ISO? I read that the DJI lut wants to have that the recorded materials have some specific ISO values. Is that true?

@@Remixah2008 Oh yes I just used Dlog! Low light mode I use for when it's just a bit darker. So once ISO 1600 or 3200 isn't cutting it anymore. You will see the exposure meter head to -1 or more then I start to use Low light! But if it doesn't then I stick to ISO's 50 to 800. I wanna say the ISO was hovering at around 400 maybe? And I would just continue to use ISO's 50 to 800 and sometimes even 1600? But for me maybe 50-800 ISO? I'm not entirely sure lol

Hmmm for me I like using a longer tripod base at times because I feel like it’s more grounded. Meaning it won’t be easily knocked over.

Yes this was purely manual. Used 24fps 1/50 30fps 1/60 and 60fps 1/125. Used ND Filter 32&128

@@avpfilms27how many fps at 1.24 with the train? The pan looks super smooth and no stuttering on my screen. I'm glad that I ordered some NDs also. But I ordered the ND/pl. I think they work the same but eleminate some reflections. :)

@@Remixah2008 Hmmm I wanna say it was 30 fps. 30 fps makes things a bit smoother compared to 24fps. Exactly on the PL! I use it for some of my driving videos before!

First tip would be try dialing down the lut. Premiere pro has a slider to dial it down. The other NLE you should be able too.

Thank so much! I use Dlog-m in camera, and I believe it's in rec.709 when I get into the post processing. I use premiere pro & my favorite luts is the phantom luts. No external plugins.

I was shooting in auto focus. This was the day I was testing out autofocus. That is the Issue. Shoot in Single focus and that Issue will never happen.

I’m usually freestyling it but for this one was a planned route to show the uniqueness of the mall. This one was DLog I’m liking the teal & orange look recently.

Niceeee! I’m usually out and about in NYC. Mostly I used 24fps. But once in a while I used 30fps. I had ND128. Took it off on the darker scenes.
