how far was the rooftop restaurant and what transportation method did you use to get there? How much was the food? I need more details sis lol
The rooftop restaurant was about 15 min away. We took a cab which was about $20 there and $20 back. The front desk called the cab for us. The food pricing was pretty average (I think we paid like $100-120 for all that food plus drinks)

Greetings, just searched "kontiki beach resort" and found you and your video. Very beautiful tour, but the reason why I searched is because I was searching UA-cam for "how to find hidden cameras in your airbnb." In doing so I came across a older Black couple who, in using a detector, found a camera in the center of the ceiling fan above the master bed. They did this test, but only told us (in regards to the video) that she would write this as a negative in her review. Me being an "injustice warrior" would like to see more action taken...though this has zero to do with me. So I just wanted to encourage you to maybe join together with others to see what could be done about this place in particular, because I'm sure y'all paid your money's worth in privacy. Customers deserve to be respected, and unless they have some kind of safety concern in common areas, hidden cameras should just be an expected no-no. I hope you consider my advice, not sure how class action law suits work and how much effort would be needed to go forth, but that's all I came to say. Stay beautiful, young Sister! Would I be able to walk to the restaurants there or do you need to take the car?? And was the food on the resort affordable?
There was one or two restaurants located on the resort and a few more within walking distance. I think the prices were affordable. You can also take a taxi to some other local restaurants as well.

There are a few pools located around the resort which all guests have access to

You missed the Indian Caves,,Plasa Bleu, Flamingo run , looks like you enjoyed yourself though,,,did you cross the floating bridge? Did you see the Lovers Locks??, I love that place ,, been there twice ,, i stay at the Dream Resort,,,if you ever go back the ox tail and rice dish is off the chain......Love your new album....

I'm going in May for 7 days for my 30th. When it comes to hotels/airbnb, I'm really big on ambiance/vibes. Do you honestly think the Kontiki is worth the price? Trying to decide where to stay now
I think it was absolutely worth the price . The suite I stayed in was gorgeous and it was right off the beach . It’s not all inclusive but there were a few restaurants within walking distance . Didn’t see to many kids here either, so if your going to relax, I think it’s the perfect vibe.
