Got my 1st Condo unit, not planned but very happy and satisfied. Rent it out until 2019. And this is my very first day to visit and planned a make-over by myself before turning back to Italy. Most furnitures are from Ikea-Italy and some are bought in Manila which you will view on Part 2.
