Yes! That's right! But I wouldn't say that 11l /100 km is a big consumption. You see, the car has 170 hp and I was driving quite active on B roads. If to drive normally without pushing hard, it will consume about 8l/100 km.

For my first car I plan to get either the 2011-2014 model you have. in between those years, as a first car since they are reliable and easy to run and steer (usually find them for 2-3k). Unfortunately insurance can be expensive for first drivers but for me I'm getting 1.5k cost for insurance which isn't bad. Plus the Suzuki swift is amazing and has a lot for its price point.
The car is really great, drives great and is reliable. The only potential minus can be the gearbox, it is not so reliable, so check that you can change through all the gears smoothly and easy. But for the first car I would also recommend Daihatsu Sirion 1.3, Toyota Yaris 1.3, Hyundai Getz or Honda Jazz. All cars I mentioned are more reliable than Suzuki Swift and are great cars not only for beginners. And Daihatsu Sirion 1.3 or Hyundai Getz can be even cheaper than Swift.

You do a ´´test´´ in a petrol car and you not overcome 3k rpms? Really?
In this case you are right - In this episode I wanted to show the real consumption in real world and also how the car behaves, sounds in the same real world, where a usual driver will drive on casual roads in town/village and B roads.
