No shame, many of us are guilty of this because of the way culture is right now. Everyone blurts it out without thinking, but all good communication is structured and considered with the inherent purpose of relaying information. EDIT: I watched further through and you are self aware enough to notice this habit, unlike many others online. It's a bad habit we're all guilty of. Communication comes from the mind and the mind is like a muscle. Even if you think you're a great communicator, continue working on it. It's like working out. Train it every day. If you can articulate your thoughts without a word, phrase, or sentence, just cut it. The goal is to say more with fewer words spoken. It has it's basis in comparison and comparison is just a form of external validation, which is the opiate and nepenthe that women seek. Women forage for their value. Men hunt and build and are the architects of their own value. Comparison is just a form of internal insecurity which is not the answer to true self actualization, happiness, and autonomy. As the popular idiom goes, comparison is the thief of joy. A man competes only with his former self, and he must do this every day. It is the only way to become your truest self. If you tether your self value to others, there will always be someone stronger, faster, or smarter. If you tether your self value to others, it begins to fall the moment they do. If you tether your self value to others, you will lose yourself and drown.

Only the small items you see behind glass. 18 rand matters .. when your cost of living to raise you, while also keeping yourself alive .. is 1.6 million RAND. After a mortgage, car insurance, health insurance, home insurance, gas, kids, food .. you have nothing left but maybe 10 thousand RAND per week. And you need to save that 10 thousand RAND for emergencies.
