I appreciated this Interview. However, (respectfully) I feel the interviewer herself should have listened fully so she wouldn’t have to ask questions that were already on their way to being answered. Ashley had to stop, retract, and speed up her talking to try and give answers to questions she knew would be asked. Ashley is a great , talented, educated and experienced person in her field. On the contrary, the interview interrupts with (several) unnecessary questions that were irrelevant. Once again, this is not to talk down on her or make her look bad, but as giving constructive criticism which has been a valuable tool since the beginning of time.

Agreed...there were even moments when she had already answered a question and had to repeat the answer

2:30, 5:10 - Ace been working in the Money Markets since 19, which is unusual. 6:30 - His first acquisition (at 19) shifted the way he saw money. You can Buy Income. 13:35 - Thinking like a Dealmaker vs an Entrepreneur. 19:45 - Dealmaker Boss Mindset. Ace going to a Construction company saying we can bring you more customers (I own a Real estate company and a mortgage company), but I need some Equity in your company.

The Tangled afro is not a good thing. Nothing wrong with being natural but take care of your natural. Unless that kid is out active everyday getting dirty and sweaty once a week wash is a lot. But it is your hair and your child. You do what you see is best.

yea i agree, there’s a different between texture and tangling. detangling is apart of the hair care and should be done to avoid pain, knots, and matting of the hair.

Truthfully A tangled hair period looks very unkempt to most people. It's not about selfhate, it originates from a time when everybody went out groomed and dressed with dignity. A time when no one would be caught dead looking like they just rolled out of bed with two days of mats in their hair and expect others to think otherwise. The only people that used to walk around like that were people who did not take care; or take care of their personal hygiene. Facts

That fact that you used “unkempt” should inform you that it’s rooted in racism and thus self hate 😂

Her visionary approach, ability to build strong teams, and unwavering passion for empowering Black founders to build and fund their networks is truly inspiring.

You never own a Chick Fil A franchise. No franchisee owns anything. They are operators. Corporate owns all buildings and equipment. Operator has zero equity.

Teach him to practice and he will get quicker…And ask him questions when he is alone so he can get better without competition. The fear is without validation of his own abilities, he will simply stop…cause kids don’t get that older kids may know more simply because they have more exposure.

About $25. I don't really carry one just something for a wallet, phone and keys. I definitely would not spend that on a bag and don't keep that much money in it. I don't hate on those that do, if that's their thing. I will spend that kind of money on one piece of luggage, though.

You people are weird. People like this don't need a family. This is what's wrong with people today it's always me me me. If you're lucky enough to have a family enjoy them and love them. These types of people are going to grow old by themselves and die by themselves.
