As a time traveler, did I kick the wrong rock?
Fantastic parade of American automobile history. Thanks a lot, Colin UK 🇬🇧
8:45 😍 I love that there is one being driven by a women
Me and the boys going to Route 66
I do drive a 2020 Ford Escape SE in black now these days. I only had that car 8 months now. I’m a gal that likes Ford vehicles from my parents. One feature that I liked that no other brands of vehicles have is a key pad to get inside of the vehicle. I never did drive a model A or T from Ford. My first car that I drove in Driver’s Education was a 1986 Ford Tempo in red with red interior and then a blue one with blue interior in part of semester of my junior year of high school. I never got my license till I was 29 years old on my 1st car which was a 1998 Ford Contour SE. I got the car in mid October 1999. I took the test twice because I failed the 1st test in mid November 1999. I did passed the 2nd test in mid December 1999. I had different vehicles over the years. They were all Fords. Only one of them was a Mercury Milan and it is almost liked a Ford Fusion in inside of the car. I have been inside a Ford Fusion once. My mother did drove it a short time. I should have drive it,too. My car was being worked on so we had a Fusion about 3 hours. My sister’s vehicle is a 2013 Ford Edge. She inherited it from my mother. She used to have a 2002 Ford Escape in black, too. She had that vehicle just over 16 years. I almost had a 2005 Ford Focus for almost 7 years till I was in a bad car accident in early March 2012. It was an late 90’s or early 2000’s Ford Taurus that accidentally hit my car. I did had a broken ankle from it. Luckily that I always wear my seatbelt in the car. I even encouraged my grandmother to wear it and even a former neighbor to wear it. I always told them to put on the seatbelt no matter what they said. I told them that I don’t want you go through the windshield in a car accident. That would make them shut up. I know there is a lot of safety in today’s cars from Ford. I still liked 2 statements from Ford. Have you driven a Ford Lately and Build Ford Tough.
9:13 ahooga!
This looks like a scene from Boardwalk Empire.
Sit down on one of them: I want to see how well the benches hold the weight of two adults! Just for fun, try sitting on the table tops, with your feet on the bench. You know, people will do that.
Most of these cars are a 100 years old, and still about running one or two even are driven on a daily basis, virtually all the necessary parts can be obtained reproduction parts but they are generally good quality, these cars were made from vernadium steel which is better quality it does not Rust as easily, with the Model T,s being Simple Reliable Ruggedly built, many still are around today, some after sitting in a shed 40--50 years!!
Just make the trees a bit smaller and done, you're in the 1910s!
And add some horses, and a dirt road.
yes
Nice display of the different designs of this model. Like Henry Ford once said: "It is futile to overtake a Ford, there is always one ahead!"
Joe is straight up Pb gangster : )
Black has never looked so beautiful. This is what I mean by I don't care if most of Detroit has black automobiles in the 1920's, the pure elegance and shape more than made up for it with their black Model T and Dodge models. I think some of the Studebaker's we're also black. But compared to Manhattan and Chicago with their ocacia and emerald green, dark red, and rich assortment of what I call dessert colors on Nash to Hudson, Detroit was primarily the black car city. For some reason the Model T at 4:50 - 4:51 looks particularly sedan esque. Looks very large compared to the rest but I'm not sure why.
I lived in Williamsburg from 1965-1978😎
Nice cars. Are you sure that some of them weren’t coming around again?😀
It is a bike trail there is NO room to turn around.
Any one else wonder why the You Tube videos never show a Model T Center door Sedan? Most people today are not aware that Ford built a sedan with only one door. I haven't seen one on 20 years.
I live here😖
That’s my grandpa
Interesting but these cars wouldn't do well in the Blizzard or on the 400 highways here in Ontario Canada lol
You'd be surprised tho
In over 110 years, the Ford Model T is still the epitome of what we actually need for transport! I wish we had a car like this today - simple, rugged, economical!
90's Suzuki Swift matches that criteria. If you care about offroad then the Subuaru Justy 4x4 variant of the swift covers that.
The early ones with the brass radiators are the most interesting.
Miss my T!
Ironcowboy reminds me so much of my old high school coach, Damon Rosenbarker. Both great guys!
Beautiful bird, great video, like it. Thanks for sharing.
Why do I get the feeling I'm watching a very, very long freight train go by?

How many Ts were at this event?
Provided there were no drive arounds, we can count them.
I counted 78 on the road in this video.
An excellent video! Wish I were along with my old Lizzie but Seattle is a long way away.
It's amazing that there are that many model 'T's left!
15 million of them made :-)
15,000,000 were built!
It would be nice if the Amish Community was allowed to use the Greenway, the fatal accidents on US 35 alone should be enough to convince the city fathers, since tax moneys went into it in the first place....time to give back?
Anyone remember when they used to have motorboat rides on the lake back in the 50's?
Thanks for all your hard work for others to enjoy the park more. There is a chance for me and some family members to maybe to have one more picnic yet in 2017, and hope to have it at Springwood Park.
Great video Tom. I enjoyed being able to see John, Monica, and Caleigh! Thanks for sharing.
