If you don't like it I strongly encourage you to figure out a better way and make a video of your own. This worked for me and multiple other people.

I realize this post is a couple years old, but just stumbled across this. Any chance you still have the pdf templates for both the gas pedal and deadrest (DropBox link is broken)? Also, what material did you use? Thanks.
Shoot me your email I got to look for the files but im sure i have them i will update the links as soon as i find the files, as far as the material for the inserts you can use whatever you want really, the first material i used was the plastic cover to a regular lined notebook like 5 Star, some of them come with this plastic cover or use to, the second set i made of this thin foam like material, kinda like the bottom part of mousepad ( the rubberish stuff )

DeSEBticon Yeah I have used the plastic off a 5 star notebook on a set of RSX pedals before and it seemed to hold up well. I like the rubber idea though. Anyway, can't thank you enough for updating the link!!
