Thank you for this video Ben, please my question is can I become a workflow automation specialist without being a project manager? Ofcourse, I'm going to learn project management tools like asana, trello, airtable etc.

basically people got used to excel , so they think in rows and columns and opening for everything one new excel book or sheet,, airtable is database ACCESS, EXCEL,SHEETS, withNOTION,(ALL PUTTOGETHR) so the appearances are deceptive

airtable primary key is important, lookup andd roll up are based on this,good

slowly you are coming nearer to audience, good, still public are stucked in excel format in brain, database with access and others have demoralised, till AIrtable came, good job

primary field or key if you have shown from the scratch would help viewers, of course you are on some task and you gave your work video, especially record id and auto number seperate videos help. anyways goood

Does this solution work to set up a task that has multiple predecessors? For example, task 6 in Large depends on task 4 and task 5? If not, any ideas how your solution can be applied to allow it?

I have a column named COMPANY_DOMAIN and it have some values , some values are being repeated multiple times so i want to count their number of repetition and show it in another column named COUNT , how can i do that. Like if a domain name is being repeated 2 times show it should show 2 in COUNT column.

Hi Ben! I'm glad to see you back on UA-cam sharing such fantastic content! I'm not sure if this is possible, but I've been struggling to create a sharable interface that only displays requests submitted to Airtable by users from their respective departments. For your reference, I have a separate table containing all users and their linked departments. We have around twenty departments, and about three to six different requesters per department and when I share the interface, I would like each department to see all requests made by anyone within that department, rather than requests made by themselves. I've been experimenting with this, but I can't seem to get it to work properly and probably not possible but throwing this out there.

Hi Ben, at 13:41 why did you opt to choose the Air Table Record ID over the Name? I would have thought that be selecting the Record ID, it would have spat out that random string of text and numbers? Any clarity would be great! Love your content. Just subbed.
