That’s not a motor, that is an actuator assembly, which has a motor on it. You did not replace the motor you replaced the actuator assembly.

If my bed is already set up, how do I get to easily work on removing a section of the leg? Do I have to take the mattress off? Raise the 4 corners of the base?

Totally bricked itself... You cannot enter into setup mode any more. I am not the only one with this issue. Do not buy it not even for second hand! It might be planned obsolete and now many people have a nice pile of plastic and circuit boards that goes to the landfills...

Unfortunately, the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. Great it’s a local company and I’m sure they make excellent products but in my opinion the prosperity series is somehow flawed. I would avoid it or triple check on a demonstrator model that it’s what you want.

I recently stayed at chatto elan hunter valley they had the best bed I was not feeling well their bed soothed me felt like a cloud moulded to my body they told me the bed was ah beard wonder which one it was I was very comfortable soothed me while I was sick, you guy have so many beds.
