Got a used 3070, paid $325 Works fine, I would love some ocing headroom and I am thinking of those phase change pads to swap the paste.

This mostly does not help :( in some countries you have to wait for 10 minutes and in some about 5-6 hours.. and it will still not work. You gotta change the DNS and/or IP manually.
