We create the world's safest wavepools with a natural look & feel
AllWaves - Company Video
AllWaves is a start-up company in wave pool technology, dedicated to
creating the safest wavepools with a natural look & feel. The company's
proprietary pillow technology mimics the movement of ocean waves and can
be adjusted to create waves for surfers of every ability. AllWaves develops,
promotes & maintains technology for making surfable waves.
The AllWaves wavepool technology is currently being demonstrated at the
company's R&D site in Knokke-Heist, Belgium, where surf park developers can witness it firsthand.

I know capitalism demands secrecy and compartmentalization. I would hope the surfing community would see that flaw in thinking and embrace collaboration and cooperation for the speedier betterment of technologies leading to better experiences for the human being.
I’ve seen a lot of different wave pool videos and this one looks amazingly realistic
Looks cool. Can you make the wave bigger though? Too small
The size in this Pilot video is small, I would assume they will be able to make bigger waves at some point if not already and this video is more geared towards a beginning surfer.
this is what we call in Australia "going for a grovel"
Hey Blair there is one in Palm Springs. Haha
Wave Lakes. Occy’s version is better.
All these pool technologies Wow So the housing developments go around or have pools nearby???
Now I get to pay for crowds and hustling! Yay!...
Pathetic environmental disaster. If you don't have real waves where you live, do something else.
🌊
Stick to the script, boys: "It's very safe. I didn't get an ear infection. It smells great. The water is crystal clear."
That is really nice, i hope you can develope it futher more... looks a lot of fun. Cheers from brazil!!
Looks great, if the price is ok i would not mind of the size, it's ok for me !
for the haters (small wave boohoos) , its a proof of concept and can be scaled, understand how innovation works through iteration, rather than remain a nincompoop
That water looks sharky!
tbh i think these are pretty small waves.......
Perfect for prone surf foiling
its knee high.....
But would Blair rate it if he wasn’t getting paid
it looks like a lake with some boat wake
Seems the wave size is limited to maybe 2 Ft?
Fun looking longboard waves… I’m sure they’ll make a larger pool with bigger waves now that the technology has been proven 🏄🏼♂️🤙🏻
Do surfers typically look for "safe" surf spots? 🤔
The wave is fucking bad, why destroy environnement to do this shit
Mankind is wrecking our planet in a million plus one ways, and you get bent on a little wavepool. Great flex there, Fred.
@@PariahSojourner no kidding. People like this guy are so annoying. Whining about a small wave company while remaining silent about giant oil and gas companies and their corporate whores in government. Probably does absolutely nothing in his every day life to make any difference.
Not like they built it in the Amazon rain forest
The most realistic part is wishing it was 3 ft bigger.
That looks like fun. It looks like some fun fast ramps and has an ocean look to the wave. Looks small, yes but perfect for working on tight turns. Shape matters more than size in surfing. Large burgers = no shoulder, and no pocket are no fun.
Looks like a great concept for beginner surfers.
Seems like a whole bunch of folks are expecting a Teahupoo/Pipeline experience in a wave pool? Perhaps it’s a good size in a part of Europe where most folks don’t surf and need a more gentle wave to experience surfing?
UA-cam surf commenters are some of the worst humans in the world. Worse than guitarists. Everything is a whining complaint or how it should be better. Along with a lot of sexism racism and homophobia. In short it's mostly angry white male alt right anti pc backlash types who are such snowflakes they never want to look in the mirror.
For everyone complaining about size, this is clearly the pilot pool as a proof of the technology / concept. The environment looks more inviting than the wavegarden tech, and if it's more efficient too then it will bring the cost per ride down. For the demographic that surf wave pools (beginner / intermediate) this is perfect. Good luck with your project, I hope you can get the investment to develop on this further.
🍆👀 size
I totally agree. This is perfect for EU and places where there is no surfers (i.e. 99% of the world) the addressable market potential is huge, lets hope the cost is low too!
If you can make this three times the size, you have a winner
You said so often that it's really safe that I am now worried about safety in this pool lol... If you hadn't tried to convince us that it's safe so much I would have never even questioned it.
Exactly what I was thinking.
honestly i would agree but if you actually look at how the pool works... the entire premise of this design is safety. it uses inflatable bags to create waves. no moving parts. it will never be as good as kelly's wave pool. but it's more energy efficient, cheaper, and due to the safety and relative small wave size, more accessible to the target market: new surfers
@@johnss Was lack of safety a big issue in wave pools? I would think they are already much safe than the ocean and the ocean is where it's at.
If the waves were twice the size, it would be great.
If i was a billionaire i wouldn't mind to have this in my backyard all for myself.
I would no doubt have a Kelly Slater wave pool in my backyard
It feels ... tiny
well...small waves are better than no waves.
like a miniature version of the one in yepoon
meh
you truly are.
how big can it get?
Funny that we should call this the elephant in the closet, but it is too small. You can tell the bloke who skimboards hates it.
It's bloody dribble
😂😂😂
You can tell old mate that skim boards isn’t really that keen on this pool 😂
he surfs a thousand times better than you ever will
too little info on the tech.... there are too many pools now - what is the differentiator here?
Bro don't be a kook there's like less than 30 operational wave pools worldwide, these things didn't even exist 15 years ago, people are innovating and creating cool shit for us to surf, don't complain. Pretty negative comment for no reason.
@@Colin_Butler where the negative comment? there is 9 info on the tech. why not provide more info and let us know if we need to be stoked? wave garden and perfect swell already has a strong hold and we know what they can do. kelly's wake train is also selef explanatory. so what differentiates this one? basic question IMHO. i seem to have stepped on your toes there. probably you are connected to this pool somehow...
@@IIIxwaveIII because most of this stuff is proprietary so they probably don't want to give away their version of it just to have someone else with deeper pockets tweak it a little and rip off their idea. Not sure why that's so hard to figure out.
@@doublestrokeroll dude they literally linked the website and it tells you exactly how it works lmao
🎉🎉🎉
Love it ❤
I wanna go 🤙😁
Very cool!
